Welcome to BRICS CCI Youth & AI Policy Lab 2026
The BRICS CCI Youth & AI Policy Lab – Case Study Challenge is a pre-event to the AI Impact Summit 2026, aimed at engaging young leaders in developing practical, ethical, and innovative AI policy solutions. Participants will receive real case studies from BRICS+ nations across sectors such as education, healthcare, food technology, surveillance ethics, and the legal system. Each participant/team must select one case, analyse it, and submit a structured policy response. Shortlisted entries will be reviewed by a distinguished jury, and the best solutions will be showcased at the final ceremony in New Delhi and published in the Youth & AI Policy Casebook 2026.
The India–AI Impact Summit 2026, announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi under the guiding spirit of Satyamev Jayate, positions AI as a transformative force for inclusive global progress. As the first major AI summit in the Global South, it addresses widening AI divides and translates global commitments into measurable impact. Built on the three Sutras—People, Planet, and Progress—and explored through seven Chakras of cooperation, the Summit seeks to democratize AI resources, promote trusted and sustainable innovation, and ensure equitable growth. It aims to create a global consensus so AI empowers humanity, supports development, and strengthens the voice of the Global South.
